In short, when I selected Create Sitemap Generator [xml-sitemaps.com – v8.2] it returned the error below.
I discovered Cloudflare was blocking XML Sitemaps (software).
Fix = Whitelist Server IP in Cloudflare (instructions below)

How to Whitelist IP’s through Cloudflare?
- Login to your Cloudflare account
- Go to the account
- Security / WAF / Create Rule (button)
- Rule name = I called mine Server IP
- Field = IP Source Address
- Operator = Equals
- Value = IP address of your server – I found this in WHM , next to domain name in List View
- Choose Acion = Skip
- WAF components to skip = Tick all (All remaining custom rules, All rate limiting rules, All managed rules, All Super Bot Fight Mode Rules)
- Order = First
