The Ripefruit hosting network operation is built with maximum redundancy, reliability and speed housed in Australian & United States data centres.
We occassionally take a call from a client reporting their web site is down, or running slow. While it is possible that one web site may be down, our engineers are constantly monitoring our servers, and generally its minor or very short term. Most often a local ISP issue or connectivity is the cause and not the server at all. Below we have created a Service Status indicator which shows the individual status of each server.
If you can see a green light for your server, then you know its not a server issue.
