If you have a Post Office box located at 380 Bourke Street, Melbourne then be afraid, be very afraid!
The manager at 380 Bourke Street in 2023 was **** *******. A man clearly stuck in his public service role way too long, making unprofessional decisions, without empathy or compassion. If it’s not in his database, or he can’t find it then off he goes with a restricted post office mentality.
Without making contact, **** ******* closed a 25 year old Post Office Box and returned the mail to sender when the account became overdue.
**** ******* claims he was unable to find contact information even though there was an active AusPost account with phone numbers and email address.
We never received an invoice, a reminder, any form of contact as was the case for 25 years. All the mail went into the PO Box.
How many ways can we show our disappointment with this inept man!
