Event Application Form (New)

We welcome advertisers’ on the OnlyAustralia network to experience the new event application that has another makeover.  A previous update in March 2026 resolved many elements* but images continued to be a problem, so we have moved image management to its own page.  Early reports are excellent.  No more failures, lost data, change image multiple times, update event data.. we’re confident everyone will love it.

It’s not perfect, but wow, it offers answers, code and suggestions that has transformed our business model.

The fun and games continues with Screaming Frog.. but.. after many many years working with programmers to add/edit/update php/MySQL code our go-to now is ChatGPT.

In a word, fantastic!  Tell ChatGPT the requirement/s, paste in the code (if its updating an existing query) and ChatGPT produces the new code with an explanation of the requirements and what it has done.  Often, the new code has to be integrated into the existing code which can be technical, so ask for “full code please”.. and voila, there is the full code which is a copy and paste job.

Screaming Frog

The big project at the moment is Screaming Frog – for those that don’t know about the best bit of software since the iPad .. did I say iPad ?

The Screaming Frog SEO Spider is a website crawler that helps you improve onsite SEO by auditing for common SEO issues.  Out of 10 = 18/10 .. screamingfrog.co.uk

Woo hoo.. is everyone happy?  Yes, they all cheer.  For me (oldest), it took some getting used to but it gets better every day.  One hour standing + two hours sitting. I want to give a shout out to UpDown Desk.. fabulous standing desks that come in all shapes and sizes.
