What is the order process?
Place Transcription Order, send recording, cost confirmed with invoice, settle invoice, file transcribed and sent.
- Submit digital audio or video file.
- Cost confirmed with (GST) invoice.
- Submit payment (Visa, MasterCard, EFT – Bank Transfer)
- Transcriptionist transcribes file to text (.doc).
- File is checked against recording and spell checked
- Confirmation sent with file
How is the recording transcribed?
Manually: file (audio, video) is played digitally (PC or player) and transcribed by an experienced transcriber into a WORD (.doc) file.
The transcriber is an experienced female, fluent in English, shorthand, 180 wpm typist with an eye for spelling and detail.
