Details

Rialto Towers is the tallest reinforced concrete structure in the Southern Hemisphere and is well known for its unique design and glass facade. 

The building is accessible from both Collins Street and Flinders Lane. Rialto is a linked, two tower development comprising 55 floors in the South Tower and 40 in the North Tower (approximately one million square feet of space), five levels of underground car parking (612 bays), an observation deck and rooftop communication centre.  The building was officially opened in October 1986.

Rialto Towers is a member of the elite World Federation of Great Towers, offering the building and its tenants an international profile. The Rialto Towers Observation Deck, located on Level 55 and accessed by an exclusive entrance, provides a venue to entertain interstate and international visitors either in a function room or on a more casual basis in the café/bar.

How to get there.

BY TRAIN: 
Spencer Street Station is only 5 minutes walking distance from Rialto. If you follow the "Collins Street" Exit signs, emerging from the subway on Spencer Street, then walk towards the intersection of Spencer and Collins Street. Turn into Collins Street and Rialto is situated one major city block away on the right hand side.

BY TRAM: 
Rialto is located on the corner of Collins and King Street. Trams do not run along King Street. Below are the tram numbers that will stop in the following city streets:

Collins Street: 10,12,42,109
Bourke Street: 86, 96
Elizabeth Street: 59, 57,19, 68 (Sunday only)
Flinders St: 48, 75

BY CAR: 
The Rialto Parking entrance is accessible from Flinders Lane, between Kings Street and William Street. Melways (map1A) have CBD maps to help with directions.

FROM THE AIRPORT: 
Taxis are available from the ground floor level of Melbourne Airport.

SkyBus operates 24 hours a day between the Airport and the city centre. The service runs approximately every 30 minutes at a cost of A$10 each way. Drop-off points are located throughout the city centre close to hotels and facilities
