Terms & Conditions

1. Search Engineers Australia - (Herein after called the company) warrant to provide the service as provided for by the selected ongoing promotion plan. The client will not pay the plan fee unless the company meets all criteria for the relevant package. If the company fails to meet the criteria the client will not pay the plan fee until such a time that the company do meet the criteria of the relevant package.
2. The company may terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice and without cause. Client may terminate the ongoing service plan agreement at any time providing no less than 30 days notice of intention to do so after the initially agreed period of 6 months has expired. 
3. Limitation/Disclaimer of Liability. In no event shall the company be liable to Client for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay of the company to provide service under this Agreement if such delays or failures are due to strikes, riots, fire, inclement weather, acts of God, theft or vandalism or other causes beyond the company control, as defined by standard practices in the industry. Such failure or delay shall not constitute default under this Agreement.
4. The company reserve the right to exclude certain key phrases/ words from the clients list of search words that form part of the service plan agreement. The client will be notified if such phrases are to be excluded from the plan.
